Performance Coach Urszula “Xirreth” Klimczak joins ENCE to ensure our CS:GO roster grows and stays strong.
Give a warm welcome to the newest reinforcement of our CS:GO team, Urszula “Xirreth” Klimczak! Urszula’s work with ENCE includes mental coaching and helping the team prepare for matches and practice. She will travel alongside our roster to selected events and bootcamps.

Urszula brings in invaluable expertise and experience with her. Since 2014, she has worked with multiple high-profile players and organizations such as TSM, FNATIC, and CLG.
“I have always viewed ENCE as a talent factory that works very hard to build strong and resilient players. Supporting them in the coming weeks feels very rewarding, especially knowing how eager to grow the current roster is.
I will focus my work on reinforcing the team communication and building a cohesive team atmosphere, so this new roster can focus on knowing their strengths and on applying them together when it matters. I will touch on topics like accountability, reinforcing trust, as well as building their individual confidence, so they can feel comfortable when playing in a highly competitive environment”, Urszula explains.
