After placing third in the Europe section of the Winter Season, Serral is eager for a second chance for a Grand Finals placement and a Title in the Season Finals.
Even if the Finnish Phenom states his disappointment at his play and placement, no one can dispute the fact that Serral still is the King in the North. Now there are just new kings roaming the battlefield, Reynor already having ruled the majority of 2020 and Clem achieving his first Premier crown.
Serral will compete against Trap, Astrea, and EnDerr in Group D, which shouldn't cause him much trouble. His most challenging foe will be Trap, but the track record Serral has against the Korean shows that even the top Protoss players have a difficult time contesting him in ZvP.
Group Stage:
- 16 players in 4 groups of 4 players each, played in a Dual Tournament Format.
- All matches are Bo3.
- Top 2 players of each group advance to the Playoffs.
Playoffs:
- 8 players in a single-elimination bracket.
- All matches are Bo5.
- Finals are Bo7.
